Our traditional key competencies lie in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, maritime and transport law, occupational law, intellectual property law and real estate law. We are able to provide our clients with support in these areas of law thanks to our strong, cross-site teams of lawyers. We are able to act both in an advisory capacity and as barristers in court proceedings and arbitration proceedings. In addition, in Bremen, we also have a specialised and experienced Notary's Office, which enables us to provide a comprehensive service.

In addition, our Bremen notary's office is at your disposal to handle all notarial matters smoothly from a single source.

We are active in individual and collective employment law, both in the context of litigation and in the area of consulting and drafting.
We have always been deeply connected with maritime trade and transport law. Our specialized lawyers advise you in charter law and general transport law, in the areas of land, air and rail transport, inland shipping, multimodal transport, in transport and maritime insurance law, forwarding law and logistics law. In addition, we support you in the purchase and sale of ships and in ship financing and registration.
Several of our partners perform the role of civil-law notary in Bremen. Together with the qualified and experienced colleagues, they are able to attend to clients, predominately in the areas of corporate and real estate law.
