GENERAL BUSINESS LAW

Our lawyers, based in Bremen, Hamburg and Munich, will draw upon their expertise and experience in commercial law and general economic law to provide you with support and will, in particular, provide you with advice in all areas associated with the drafting of contracts, general terms and conditions of business, insolvency law and energy law.

We offer assistance in the drafting, negotiation and performance of your domestic and international contracts, projects and transactions; provide you with support in all issues surrounding your day-to-day business and, where necessary, we help you to assert your rights before the courts. In doing so, we do not just take care of the legal aspects, we also provide you with support in organising the negotiation process and the project schedule.

In addition, we work together as an external legal department for many of our clients, some of which have already been benefiting for decades from our comprehensive advice in all matters concerning economic law that they encounter during day-to-day business, and all from a single source. In this regard, we do, of course, also handle civil law-related issues, which are not mentioned on our homepage.

Alongside our sometimes leading positions in the field of economic law in the JUVE Handbook of German Commercial Law Firms and in The Legal 500, in 2015 and 2016, FOCUS magazine listed us on its comprehensive list of lawyers in Germany (Deutschlands große Anwaltsliste) as one of the 11 commercial law firms with a disproportionally high number of recommendations from colleagues.
