On January 1, 2021, the two commercial law firms and notarial firms Schütte, Richter & Partner mbB and Blaum Dettmers Rabstein Rechtsanwaltspartammlung mbB will merge. From the turn of the year they will operate under the umbrella of Blaum. The four partners of Schütte, Richter continue their advisory activities without interruption and look after their clients with their previous employees, who will also be taken over by Blaum.
Schütte, Richter decided to merge in order to take account of the increasing specialization in legal advice. The common goal is to combine the strengths of both sides. Schütte, Richter have extensive expertise in the areas of tax and corporate law, in succession advice and a respected notary's office. You will thus strengthen the powerful corporate law team at Blaum, which is known in the legal market for its national and international transactions, among other things. Both law firms have known each other for decades and have been associated with their clients as advisors for many years.
